First of all I know I've been MIA, I've just had zero motivation to blog... not really sure why its like 1 year came and I was like Meh... Do you guys ever go through these phases?
Anyway some people have been asking me to blog so here I am... you guys are motivation enough!
So last week i finally managed to arrange a dinner so Mr.BF could meet my parents. I invited my younger brothers wife as he was out of town and then mentioned it to my older brother, who then wanted to bring his GF (whom we haven't really met other than a 2 second Hi-Bye). This is where things got a bit weird.
So not only were my parents meeting Mr.Bf for the first time "officially" (they had spoken a bit before in passing), they were now about to spend the evening with my brothers new gf too....
Anyway it all went well and in the end it took the pressure off both newbies because they weren't the only one being focused on.
After the dinner we parted ways and when I saw my mom the next day she said 3 things...
1) He seems nice
2) It was really nice of him to offer to pay
&
3) Well at least he likes Indian food!
bahaha... YUP at least he likes Indian food... that says to them hes cultured I guess and that's a plus 1 right there!
I'm happy its out of the way now though and they seem to be warming up to the idea that this actually could be something. Things are going really well and what in reality has only been 5 months seems like a whole lot longer... that's a good thing no?
Normally I ditch em, dump em, get bored of em or cant stand em by now!

A whole year since I started this here blog...
So much has happened so lets take a trip down memory lane shall we?
It all started here where I introduced myself and talked about why I disappeared from the blogging world a few years ago.
My love for makeup was obvious even then, before I knew I wanted to become a makeup artist...
And the drama began with my horrible dating life... well till this past April anyway...
Y'all remember Mr. Sensitive?? wow that was a year ago?! Seems like longer... I almost forgot about him and his wannabe rapper self! Remember how he demanded his $10 bootleg dvds back?? LOL I still laugh at that.
Then there was Mr.Pilot who quickly turned into Mr.Pisser (read to find out why) WOW what a douche he was! Probably one of the worst dates I've ever been on. If you haven't read about Mr.Pilot I suggest you do and I bet you end that post thinking "WHAT THE F??"...
My story about being blinded by "lust" with Mr.Souvlaki the funny walker.
Or the time someone opened up conversation with "hey there nice rack".
Who can forget my 25 reasons to get yo ass dumped post?! Which btw was all based on my real life experiences... Need a laugh? go read it!
Feeling a tad bit sorry for myself for being lonely and single...
My first hint of Mr.BF aka Mr.25 and wondering if age matters... Contemplating letting him go because he seemed SO innocent...

All the other events, silliness and random things that happened in the last year...
I forgot all about the fact that my Doctors middle initials were KY... oh there are so many jokes one could make about this... but shes nice so Ill refrain.
My quest to see how you all felt about the mustache (i still hate that word) and when they are or aren't ok.
Who can forget my questions on becoming cougar age and if by turning 30 I was now one.
The strange things I discovered like a cologne that was made to smell like meat?! Or the bacon flavored chap stick which still makes me cringe...

There’s always at least one crazy or weirdo on each cycle of America’s Next Top Model and if you watched Wednesday night’s premiere, you know that person for cycle 13 was Amber. Apparently when asked why she was there Amber replied that she was doing it for Jesus.
When she made the cut from 20 to 14 she ran up on stage yelling "I love you Jesus I looooove Jesus"....
Anyways I thought maybe just maybe the girl who's nick name was bloody eyeball would be this cycles resident weirdo but Amber takes the cake... Even though she somehow didn't return to the show after making the initial cut....

This past weekend my fav west coaster Mich came to visit for the 2nd time this year (lucky me!).
As per usual we gossiped, talked till we fell asleep, laughed at random things only we would find funny & had McD's at 2am!
