I was sitting here staring out the window daydreaming when I felt the building sway from side to side... now I wasn't alarmed since the building tends to move sometimes but this time it lasted a good 30 seconds...
EARTHQUAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know Toronto's been hit before with tiny tremors before but nothing like this one... 5.5 on the richter scale at 1:44pm today. As we shook and shook we all looked at each other wondering if indeed this was an earthquake or something else... that's how NOT used to it we are over here.. (how do you californians deal with this over and over)
I headed over to twitter and tweeted about the shaking only to scroll down and see I wasn't the only one. People as far away as Cleavland felt the tremors and its said the the epicenter was in Quebec.
I knew the jokes about Quebec trying to separate from the rest of Canada again were inevitable but then the jokes about the possible tornado tonight and the G20 summit happening here over the next few days filled twitter...
Its dark and gloomy here now and as people start to chill out and realize ok that wasn't so bad life begins to get back to normal... until tonight's Tornado that is...
Will I be home taking cover under a blanket? NO ill be accessory shopping for my besties bday (which is today happy bday girl I got you and earthquake!) party on Saturday... Shopping stops for nothing!

Well Angela you were right. It was moving because of the heat of the dish but i doubt anyone would have guessed that it was onion skin!!!
Weird eh... it actually tasted pretty good... However I wouldn't order it again lol..
Mr. BF and I went to a Japanese restaurant a few weeks ago and ordered this noodle dish. When it came to the table it was moving. We were freaking out wondering what the heck we just ordered because the food was literally moving!

Personally I'm gonna go with a big fat HELLZ NO on this for 2 reasons...
1) I'm Muslim so bacon ie.pork is outta the question for me.
YES I know this is just bacon flavored but let me explain. Because I have not tried bacon before (ok maybe one time in my childhood by mistake, who knew A&W teen burgers had bacon?) I don't really know the taste of it. Everyone goes on and on about how good it is but meh I choose to turn on my selective hearing at that point!
2) A meat flavored lip balm just sounds EW!

This Ronnie character really annoys me.. not only does he look SO odd, kinda like wheres Waldo me thinks but hes really strange. He acts gay but is married, looks like his hair is greasy ALL the time, lies to everyone which is fine I guess its a game but it isn't winning him any friends and just made the all time dumbest move nominating Jordan instead of Russell.
Ok maybe I'm being a bit harsh but hes really starting to annoy me now....
